Here at Bethesda, we want to partner with you in raising the next generation of Jesus followers. From the littlest of babies to our oldest KidChurch kids, we want you to know that you are not alone.

Our volunteers are excited to care for your little ones! It is our desire that you are able to take the time each Sunday to fully engage in the worship and teaching experience! Each of our spaces has age appropriate toys, activities and lessons aimed to enhance your child's relationship with God and with others. If there are any specific needs for your child, just let us know! We're so glad you're here!

Just as we learn to crawl before we can walk, we believe that the foundation for growing in our faith is understanding who God is!

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. God made the light and the day and the night and the stars. God made the trees and the flowers. He made everything! God is a CREATOR! God looked at everything He had made and He said that it was good. He looked at the birds in the sky and the fish in the sea; He looked at the plants on the land and underwater; He looked at mountains and rivers and lions and giraffes and YOU! God looks at you and says that YOU are a good creation, and He loves all of His good creations!

Who is God? GOD IS A CREATOR!

WHAT IS THE BIBLE?

These Kindergarten brains are getting bigger and bigger each week as we learn more about the Bible.

What do you say when you see something so amazing, so spectacular, and so incredible that you can't believe it? WOW! When Jesus lived on earth, he did a lot of things that would leave anyone shocked and amazed. He healed people, he calmed a storm, he fed thousands of people with just a little bit of food, and he even walked on water! This month, our Kindergartners will learn about some of Jesus' very best moments - things he did that made everyone say, "WOW!"

MARCH GROWKIDS SERIES: WOW!

Whether it's a rocket car powered by soda and mints or a tornado in a water bottle, there's so much in our world that can fill us with awe. The world of STEM is full of things that look like little miracles, but they're nothing compared to the miracles God can perform. In this four-week series, kids will take a look at some of the miracles that Jesus performed during his ministry. Through stories showing the power of Jesus, they'll no doubt go, "WOW!" Jesus has the power to heal, to calm our fears, to provide and to save!

SPRINTING IN FAITH

What does it mean to follow Jesus? What does it look like? What does it feel like? God sent the Holy Spirit to live with everyone who believes in Him, and He promised that it would help us answer these tough questions.

Everyone struggles with emotions. Sometimes, we feel our emotions so fully, that our bodies can actually be affected by them. Emotions are not a choice, but our reactions to our emotions definitely are! It can be hard to react slowly to a negative emotion. (Kids, adults struggle with this, too!) How can we pause in the middle of an emotional roller coaster ride and double check that our seat belts are on and we are safe to continue? This month, our 4th&5th Graders will talk about SELF-CONTROL, and how we can lean on the Holy Spirit when we feel like our emotions are getting too big for us to handle on our own.
